Although this file is written in markdown and has an .md extension, it is an executable bash script.

The first line of this file is a bash shebang and that is mandatory for the script to execute correctly.

The sheband and any other evecutable code or command lines are all indented by 4 spacesfor better reading when viewing on GitHub or as a webpage.

All comments like this are written as a series of individual notes for each point explaination of each step and

To avoid the need to harcode various path and details we have the option to include a seperate configuration file
